Key Responsibilities:
Daily Support: Provide personal care and daily assistance to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Promote Independence: Encourage and support individuals to maintain their independence and engage in daily activities.
Individualised Support Plans: Follow and contribute to personalised care plans, ensuring each resident’s needs are met with compassion and respect.
Requirements:
Experience: A minimum of 1 years UK care experience within a care home or supported living service.
Skills: Strong communication skills
