Graduate Fire Engineer

Location: London
Salary: £27,000 plus an with excellent benefits package

Our client is a renowned multi-disciplinary consultancy offering professional services in fire engineering, building control, structural engineering, and project management across various sectors, including residential, commercial, and industrial.

Their Fire Engineering team is dedicated to delivering tailored fire safety solutions to protect people, property, and the environment. They specialise in fire safety design, risk assessment, fire strategy development, and fire safety management.

With their headquarters in London and a reputation for excellence, they have an opportunity for an aspiring Graduate Fire Engineer to join the team!

The Role: As a Graduate Fire Engineer, you will be a key part of their growing team, assisting with various projects and gaining hands-on experience in fire engineering. You will work closely with experienced engineers, learning how to develop fire strategies, perform fire risk assessments, and design fire safety systems for various building types.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting in the development of fire safety strategies for new and existing buildings.
Conducting fire risk assessments and analysing fire safety designs.
Collaborating with architects, developers, and other engineers to integrate fire safety into building designs.
CFD Modelling.
Supporting senior engineers in project management and documentation.
Staying up-to-date with the latest fire safety regulations, standards, and technologies.Candidate Requirements:

A degree in Fire Engineering, Fire Safety Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of fire safety principles and an eagerness to learn.Why Join?
