Thrive Education are looking for a Teaching Assistant with Special Educational Needs experience to support a child at a lovely primary school close to the town of malmesbury.

The child in question is in Year 4 and has complex needs so the school are after someone who has prior experience in this area as they need someone who can come in and hit the ground running !

Skills and experience you will need:

* An ability to build good working relationships with both pupils and adults

* Good organisational skills

* Flexibility and creativity

* Enjoy working with children

* Good literacy and numeracy skills

* Ability to manage groups of pupils and deal with challenging behaviour

* Patience and a sense of humour
