Opus People Solutions are seeking a Children’s Support Worker near Cambridge.

Not only will you be making a meaningful difference, you will be joining a wonderful, supportive company! After your probation period, they will fully fund your Level 3 Diploma in Children’s Residential Care, you’ll receive a joining bonus AND you won’t be doing any sleep-ins, or nights. You’ll work days only and alternative weekends – hello work/life balance!
Only looking for part time hours? Not a problem, but you will need to commit to a minimum of 24 hours per week.
Day-to-day, you will:
Build strong relationships with young people, empowering them to develop and grow
Assist with therapy sessions (such as rebound therapy or hydrotherapy)
Ensure the environment is supportive and safe
