An Ofsted rated ‘Good’ Primary school based in Prenton (CH43) are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their fantastic Year 2 classroom! Experience NOT required but preferred.
The role:
– Working as a Teaching Assistant within a two-form entry Year 2 class.
– Hours 8:30am – 3:30pm
– Based within an Ofsted rated ‘Good’ school in Prenton
– Pay rates between £90.00 – £100.00 per day
The responsibilities:
– You will be working alongside the class teacher, supporting pupils and teacher both inside and outside the classroom
– Undertaking admin tasks such as photocopying and playground duty
– Taking small groups of children for planned interventions such as phonics sessions
– Working 1:1 with children who require extra support with their curriculum-based learning
– Creating eye-catching displays for the classroom
– Upholding the school’s ethos, contributing positively to children’s education.
– Fostering a love of learning within ALL pupils.
