Escape Recruitment Services Commercial Division are currently supporting our Client, a successful company based in Troon to recruit an Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger and join their established finance team on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities Include

  • Processing of supplier invoices
  • Create, check and approve purchase orders
  • Daily banking and payment
  • Statement Reconciliation
  • Process expenses and petty cash
  • Support month end
  • Monitor, update and track financial data on spreadsheets
  • Provide support within the team

Experience Required

  • Previous experience in a similar Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger/Finance Assistant role
  • Excellent accuracy and keen eye for detail
  • Confident IT skills, this should include MS Excel
  • Able to work in a team environment and support with varied tasks
