Description
Escape Recruitment Services Commercial Division are currently supporting our Client, a successful company based in Troon to recruit an Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger and join their established finance team on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities Include
- Processing of supplier invoices
- Create, check and approve purchase orders
- Daily banking and payment
- Statement Reconciliation
- Process expenses and petty cash
- Support month end
- Monitor, update and track financial data on spreadsheets
- Provide support within the team
Experience Required
- Previous experience in a similar Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger/Finance Assistant role
- Excellent accuracy and keen eye for detail
- Confident IT skills, this should include MS Excel
- Able to work in a team environment and support with varied tasks
