We use tech to streamline processes without sacrificing the top level personal service of a dedicted account manager
We are looking for experience SEN Teaching Assistants across KS2 and KS4 for long term and daily supply.
Requirements;
– To support vulnerable children with special needs on a 1:1 basis, helping them both with the academic and social development
– Work closely with other members of staff such as teachers, other TAs and members of senior leadership to ensure that children are making progress and their needs are being catered for
– Follow the educational healthcare plan that has been set out
– Manage behaviours where required with consistency, empathy and patience
– Able to use support staff well and communicate what objectives you are looking for from them
– Good communication skills with parents, and SLT in the school around student progress
– Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to apply for a new one
