Senior Science Technician
Required for January 2025
We are seeking to recruit a full-time, term time only Science Technician to join our Science Department. The successful candidate will provide professional and technical support to the Science Faculty and ensure smooth running of the department.
The successful candidate will assist in supporting the day-to-day Science lessons, preparing the laboratories and clearing equipment away; and will ensure students make the best use of the time they spend in the laboratory and are able to use the equipment safely.
Candidates will have a keen interest in Science with some experience of this type of work. Some training will be given as necessary.
Queenswood is a GSA, BSA, HMC Boarding and Day School for approximately 480 girls aged 11-18, set in beautiful Hertfordshire countryside close to London.

Hours of work are 37.5 per week, term time only.
Salary is in the region of £26,000 per annum (actual).
