Description
Facilities Team Member – handyperson, maintenance, decorating etc – required in central Bath, BA2
£11.45 – £13.85 per hour PAYE, depending on experience
Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Working hours between 8am – 6pm
Temporary-to-permanent contract
About the job
Undertaking general maintenance work within properties
Installation of white goods
PAT testing
Changing plugs and fuses
Window and door repairs
Basic plastering, repairing holes in walls etc
Basic domestic plumbing
Basic joinery
Completing planned inspections and rectifying any remedial works
Logging any maintenance issues and follow up accordingly
The right candidate
Previous experience working within general maintenance
Basic plumbing and electrical skills
Excellent communication skills, as there will be residents on site at the locations where you are working
