Are you a Graduate Product Design Engineer with experience using SolidWorks looking to join a thriving furniture and joinery business who have gone from strength to strength since the early nineties?

On offer is an exciting opportunity within a furniture and joinery specialist who work on large scale interior renovation projects for high end businesses around Berkhamsted and the surrounding area.

In this role you will undertake training and use your capabilities of AutoCAD software, specifically SolidWorks, to provide support for the design team. You will begin working alongside some of the smaller projects, slowly building up the workload until you are comfortable assisting the team with their larger clients and more complex projects.

The ideal Graduate Product Design Engineer will be confident using Solidworks and have a keen interest in pursuing a career in furniture and joinery.

THE ROLE:

Working with Solidworks, designing furniture joinery projects to fit client’s needs.
Speaking with clients to fully understand specifications.
1 on 1 training from professionals with 10 years’ experience in the industry.THE PERSON:

Graduate with a fully-fledged understanding of Solidworks
Experience working with a variety of materials and eager to take on training
