* Must have experience working with a child that has autism

THE ROLE- 1:1 TA
Being a 1:1 TA, you will be working with a child that suffers with autism. The goal will be to support him on a one-to-one basis for him to be able to achieve his full potential, by helping him engage with his learning and to be able to develop his social skills. Also, you will be working closely with him to monitor his progress. Previous experience working with children with autism or Special needs is highly desirable.
THE SCHOOL- 1:1 TA
The school consists of 475 pupils, aged 2 to 11. They have strong values, through a knowledge-rich curriculum, engaging teaching, great relationships and strong partnerships, and they work hard to ensure that each child progresses through their time at the school. It is located in Southwark, where there is an underground station 5-minute walk from the school. The primary school was rated ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted in September 2019.
