Role: 1st Line MSP Engineer
Location: Lancaster, Lancashire
Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 DOE
My client a well-established Managed Service Provider are looking for a 1st Line engineer who has previous helpdesk experience or 1 year experience within a similar role. You will be supporting a variety of clients across Lancashire from their office in the heart of Lancaster.
Please note – you must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle – this is an essential requirement
You would need to have an understanding of or hands on experience with:
Office 365 & applications
Active Directory
Virtualisation
Windows Server up to 2019
DNS / DHCP
Networking – VPN’s / VLAN’s / Wireshark
Wireless Technologies – Aruba / MerakiWhat the client is looking for in you:
