Currently recruiting for a Production Operative on a permanent basis for a family run production and distribution business in the Pewsey area.

About the Production Operative role:

* Working hours are Monday to Friday, 6am-2pm

* Must be flexible to work Saturdays during busy periods

* Based in Pewsey area (Own transport is essential due to location)

* £27,040 per annum

* Permanent position to start asap

Duties & Responsibilities for the Production Operative role:

* Working within a fully automated production facility

* Loading unchopped materials into baler machine

* Removing finished products and placing on to pallets

* Operating forklift (training will be provided if required)

* Adhere to relevant Health & Safety Legisations and Company Best Practices / Safe Systems of Work

* Maintaining a clean & tidy working area

* Assist with other duties as required

Experience / Skills required for the Production Operative role:

* Previous experience working within a production or plant operative role

* Be physically fit due to the nature / weight of products

* Would be advantageous if you have a forklift / telehandler licence or willingness to be trained

* Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively
