We are looking for brilliant Carers to cover morning and evening shifts on a flexible contract.

Our morning shifts are from 7am – 2pm & evenings are from 4pm – 10pm.

As a Visiting Care Professional, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities to help our clients maintain their independence and quality of life.

Some of your responsibilities include:

* Providing personal care such as bathing, grooming, and dressing

* Assisting with mobility and transfers

* Administering medication and monitoring health conditions

* Preparing and serving meals according to dietary needs

* Performing light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and errands

* Engaging in meaningful conversation and activities with clients

* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of care provided

* Take action and raise concerns if suspect any safeguarding issues.

* Maintain professional boundaries in your work.

* Access the Employee handbook, understand and work within organisational policies, procedures and guidance

To become a Home Care Assistant with GoodOaks you will need:

* Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle

* Prior experience as a care assistant is desirable but not essential.

* caring and compassionate nature.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* The ability to work as part of a team.

* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

* Must be able to pass a background check
