The Department of Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering, based within the Faculty of Engineering, are seeking to appoint a full-time Administrative Assistant. The post holder will be part of a busy administration team, undertaking various duties in support of general operations. Delivery of services will require enthusiasm, personal responsibility and initiative from a bright individual.

To be considered for the role, you will have a minimum of 5 Nat 5’s at Level A, B or C, which should include English, Maths and Computing/Administration, and have good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills. In addition, excellent customer service skills, both in-person and via telephone, and good IT skills are necessary.

Whilst not essential for the role, applications are welcomed from candidates with experience of working in an HE environment or similar.
