Description

As a Team Member you will be working in our Quick Service area. Located on the ground floor of our Liverpool Street location, the Quick Service Restaurant department is divided into Piazza (where we serve pizza by the slice, salads, and pasta), and Grand Bar (our café). You will be providing great customer service, taking orders, processing payments, ensuring the seating area is always clean and tidy, and serving food. This is a front of house role and wont require you to work in our kitchens.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING…

  • Working at the tills taking customers’ drinks and food orders, serving customers in a polite and friendly manner and processing cash and card payments.
  • Portioning and packaging bread for sale.
  • Ensure that seating areas are always clean and tidy, and replenishing cutlery and condiments as needed.
  • Replenish products in our displays and ensuring accuracy of price and ingredients.

  • Previous experience in busy quick service establishment.
  • An outgoing and vibrant personality aimed at making our guests feel welcome.
  • Flexibility to work across mornings, evenings, bank holidays and weekends.
  • Availability to work flexibly between 6am and 11pm as we cannot offer set shifts or days off.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Fluent in English.
