Description

Candidates with Shopping Centre, Department store or Shopping Outlet experience are essential.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the retail fit-out of a shopping centre. You will have to oversee the day-to-day running of the project and be expected to carry out all typical duties, including:

* Managing day-to-day site operations.

* Be the point of contact between contractor and client.

* Implementing work practices such as Job Safety Assessments, Risk Analysis, Safety Audits, Security Protocols, and Critical Safety Audits.

* Ensuring timely material requisitions to avoid delays and secure the best commercial terms.

* Collaborating with contractors to address safety inefficiencies and implement additional programs and processes.

* Attending Design Team Meetings to provide input into the design process and contribute to build-ability discussions, Health and Safety, or process improvement.

Candidate Requirements:

* SMSTS

* First Aid ticket

* Asbestos Awareness

* CSCS

* Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills.

* Experience managing similarly sized commercial fit-out projects.

* Experience working at Shopping Centres or Outlets would be preferable
