As a Inclusion Support Assistant, you will be working alongside pupils with complex behavioural needs who require some additional guidance from a positive and assertive role model! You will support with their everyday routine and keep them engaged and motivated to learn in the classroom. This is a full time, long-term post, starting ASAP.
** This is an ideal position for a Psychology/Criminology graduate who is seeking first-hand experience before pursuing a career as a Prison Liaison Officer, Therapist, Counsellor, Youth Mentor amongst others. **

Encourage the development of the students’ social skills
Work within the classroom and in smaller groups to accommodate needs
Support and comply with the school’s safeguarding procedures
Full-time, long term position starting ASAP
Located in the Borough of WandsworthInclusion Support Assistant – Candidate Specification:
A 2:1 or a First-class degree from a reputable University
Genuine interest working with SEN
Excellent communication skills and willingness to adapt
Experience in a previous role, or personal experience in SEN is desirable
