Assistant Scheme Manager – Bedhampton – £15.44ph

Typical Shifts are: 7am – 3pm and 3pm – 10pm worked on a rota which also covers every other weekend.

We’re currently searching for a fantastic Assistant Scheme Manager to join us in leading our supported living service in Bedhampton. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!

As an Assistant Scheme Manager with us you’ll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst assisting the Manager with the day-to-day supervision and management of the service. You could be allocating shifts, booking in training, inducting new colleagues, conducting supervision’s and appraisals, developing and updating care plans, ordering medication, ensuring the people we support are supported to manage their finances and day-to-day management of the service in the absence of the manager. You’ll never lose sight of why you choose to do this, as our Assistant Scheme Managers are still at the heart of providing day-to-day support.

We’re interested in our Assistant Scheme Manager having both the right experience and the right values. This is why at this service our Assistant Scheme Manager should have previous experience in a similar role and a Level 3 in Health & Social Care as well as experience working with individuals with autism, complex individuals with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours.
