Learning Support Assistant – The Role:

Work across a thriving SEN school & college
Support students with an ASC / autism diagnosis
Carry out 1:1 and group intervention sessions
Collaborate with experienced teachers
Fantastic 3 week induction training

Learning Support Assistant – Qualifications required:

Level 3 TA or degree level of education preference
Education / childcare experience is required
Previous SEN / ASC experience is desirable
Calm, compassionate and proactive manner
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
