Brook Street Recruitment is working on behalf of our client in Belfast to recruit a Sales Development Representative Responsibilities Identifying opportunities, creating new sales leads and appointments for the Field Sales Team. Achieving weekly/monthly and quarterly targets. Develop and maintain an accurate pipeline. The ability to achieve KPI’s including quantity of calls made daily, booked meetings & prospect/suspect growth. Identifying customer needs and targeting accordingly. Updating CRM with correct information and setting tasks for call backs and follow up opportunities. Liaise with various departments within the business to maximise opportunities. Qualifications Excellent telephone manner. Prior Telesales/Sales experience, preferably within the Telcoms market. Essential IT skills and CRM experience. To be a team player whilst also having the ability to work on your own initiative. Driven with a competitive nature. A positive attitude.
