New opportunities to join a specialist national healthcare provider in a specialist team **Full training provided and an opportunity to become a professionally NCSCT qualified smoking practitioner ** Full time or part time hours available ** Sunderland, Tyne and Wear area

Are you passionate about working directly with a wide range of people, ideally experienced in a caring setting ? (For example you might currently be a support worker, healthcare assistant, a clinical worker, or you might work in an educational setting, supporting students as a teaching assistant)

Are you excited about being able to make a difference to people’s lives, including their health and happiness?

Can you use your excellent communication skills to educate, influence and motivate others?

No two days will be the same, you will be supporting a wide range of people in a range of settings within the community on their journey to stopping smoking and enjoying better health. The organisation have a passion and commitment for addressing healthcare inequalities, and successfully reach out to vulnerable groups within the community, which could include people recovering from addictions, young parents, areas of deprivation and more. This will mean this will be a rewarding role where you will be making a life-changing difference to individuals and families.

You will manage relationships with other healthcare professionals and be part of embedding these services into all areas of healthcare.
