We are currently recruiting for a Kitchen Porter to join our team based at Adelaide Private Care House, Belfast. This is a great opportunity to join a world leading facilities management company. Working Pattern: 34 Hours per week Monday to Sunday Various Shift Patterns – Option to be Flexible Rewards: 28 days’ paid holidays (pro rata) Company Pension Scheme Career Development & Training Access to Voluntary Private Healthcare Scheme Employee Assistance Program to support your health & wellbeing Financial Education/Financial wellbeing advisory service Uniform Provided Company Events The Role: Maintaining a high level of operational hygiene in all kitchen areas Carrying out cleaning duties as outlined in the cleaning schedule Carry out daily/weekly cleaning checklists Cleaning pots, pans and general kitchen equipment as required and ensuring correct storage Dealing with stock rotation and deliveries Emptying of bins Thorough deep cleaning of kitchen as required including equipment and storage areas Complying with all company and legal procedures relating to food safety, hygiene, health & safety and personal requirements Serving on counters Till duties Setting up & delivery of hospitalities The Person: Leads by example and lives our values. Basic statutory training for the role will require all candidates to have basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to assist in understanding safety and work instructions and communicating with customers on a day-to-day basis.
