New opportunity for a sales advisor to work within a fast paced sales environment. This is a position for someone who connects naturally with people, exhibits outstanding judgment and professionalism and thrives on providing excellent customer service. Ensuring Customers enjoy a great customer experience in store Gaining an understanding of customer needs, finding the correct products, and making the sale Handling telephone enquiries from customers Keeping the internal Stock System up to date at all times Ensuring customers are kept up to date on the status of their order throughout all stages of the purchase process Taking details of customer issues and placing of service calls Negotiating replacements with suppliers if appropriate General administration duties Assisting with returns Keeping the showroom clean and tidy, to ensure it is aesthetically pleasing when customers are in store Assisting with putting new products on display Ensuring Price tickets are kept up to date on all items in the showroom Essential: Previous Sales experience with a proven track record in achieving sales targets Able to work and enjoy a fast-paced environment Strong organisational skills with an excellent attention to detail Demonstrable experience of problem solving and answering customer queries Working hours are 9am – 5:30pm Monday – Saturday (with one day off during the week) On offer 28 days annual leave Saving Scheme Free Gym membership Team building days Staff Discounts Contact Judith for further details Skills: Retail sales advisor Sales Person Customer Service
