Role Overview:
We are currently hiring for a temporary admin assistant with an established construction business based in Falkirk. We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support the team during a busy winter season. This successful candidate will provide general administrative support to the team, including answering calls, managing Excel and MS Office tasks, and assisting with invoicing. As part of a fast-paced, dynamic environment, you’ll play an integral role in ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00
- Friday: 08:00 – 16:00
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties, with a strong focus on organisation and accuracy.
- Manage calls and correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
- Work with Excel and MS Office packages for data entry and reporting.
- Assist with invoicing and other administrative tasks as needed.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: Proven track record in administrative roles with strong Excel skills.
- Attributes: Confident, self-motivated, and able to quickly adapt to the demands of a busy office environment.
- Availability: Immediate start with the ability to commit to a one-month placement.
