Criteria: A minimum of five GCSE's to include English Language and Maths (Grades A -C) or equivalent qualification OR 18 months relevant experience Duties: Act as point of contact for all customers and clients ensuring that all queries/ issues are cascaded up to the relevant person, if appropriate. Input, process, monitor and validate information effectively in a timely manner ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Collate information and assist with the preparation reports, documents and proposals for senior staff within the service area as well as routine advice, guidance and assistance as required. Ensure that stationery stock levels are maintained, replenished and stored securely. B5 Procurement Team Lead (sourcing) St Luke's Hospital, Armagh, Business Services Organisation £14.53 per hour plus holiday hours paid 37 1/2 hours, 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri Duration is 31/3/25 with review to extend JOB SUMMARY To assist the Procurement Manager in the provision of a value for money purchasing service to HSCNI customers in line with HSCNI regulations and ISO 9001 procedures ensuring Service Level Agreement and PaLS Service Delivery Plan objectives are achieved. This role is principally concerned with a sourcing / contracting role for HSCNI. CRITERIA 1.A primary degreeANDat least two years relevant* experience within the past ten years. OR A relevant Professional Qualification, such as full membership of CIPS or CILTANDat least two years relevant* experience within the past ten years.
