Permanent Production Supervisor – Evening Shift 4pm – 12 Midnight Monday – Friday This newly created production supervisor role will oversee 3 production operatives, ensuring that efficiency, quality, and safety standards are upheld. Join a company that has been supporting the community since 1998 and be a part of their commitment to sustainable solutions for businesses Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate 3 staff on the evening shift team to meet production goals and maintain high-quality standards. Monitor employee performance, address any issues, and provide coaching to optimize productivity Ensure production schedules are met and resources are optimally allocated. Address any issues in production and resolve equipment or machine breakdowns. Continuously monitor workflow and identify areas for process improvement. Conduct regular quality checks and ensure all products meet company standards and a safe working environment is maintained. Use production software to track order progress, inventory levels, and machine performance. Prepare daily shift reports, documenting production output, issues encountered, and any actions taken. Profile of a Successful Candidate: Minimum 2+ years in a supervisory or team lead role within production or manufacturing.
