As head of department, you’ll lead by example and take pride in the work that you do. With exceptional attention to detail, you’ll be able to anticipate customers’ needs. It’s a hands-on role: you’ll manage day-to-day operations, work within a budget, and find solutions for department productivity. You’ll also work closely with the hotel team to ensure regulations are met and guests receive exceptional customer service at any point of contact with yourself or the housekeeping team.

The Head Housekeeper is responsible for overseeing the cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation of all guest rooms and public areas within the hotel. This role involves managing a team of housekeepers, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, and implementing efficient housekeeping processes. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong leadership skills, and a passion for maintaining a pristine environment for our guests.
