Application Requirements:
• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum, especially KS2.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for supporting children’s academic and personal development.
• Experience working in primary schools, ideally in a culturally diverse setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver planned lessons and interventions in the absence of the class teacher.
• Provide small group and one-on-one support to students, fostering their confidence and academic progress.
• Assist in planning and delivering engaging activities that inspire curiosity and learning.
• Support the assessment and tracking of pupil progress.
• Encourage a nurturing and inclusive learning environment, in line with our school values.
