Salary: £28,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and support a team of care staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
Oversee day-to-day care delivery, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and company policies.
Provide hands-on care and support as needed, setting an example for your team.
Carry out supervisions, appraisals, and staff development plans.
Ensure accurate documentation, including care plans, risk assessments, and daily records.
Liaise effectively with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies.
Promote a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for residents and staff.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a senior care role, ideally within a care home setting.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Compassionate and committed to delivering person-centred care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of CQC standards and best practices in care.
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) preferred, or willingness to work towards higher qualifications.
