The Role

Owing to the expansion of our dining offer, we are recruiting for a CDP to come and join our kitchen team.

• The role will involve all aspects of working in a busy kitchen, serving a restaurant and cafe with over 150 covers.
• Supporting the senior chefs in delivering excellent food as well as kitchen management.
• There will be progression within this role and as a company we always look to promote within.

Skills/Experience required

• Minimum of 2 years CDP experience in a fast paced environment similar to Weetons Leeds Road,
• Relevant qualifications in cookery
• Level 2 Certification in Health & Hygiene
