What you’ll be doing;
Engage with the public to divert reusable items from general waste
Manage the reuse warehouse, including item retrieval and pricing
Ensure health and safety compliance, including risk assessments and site inductions
Grow sales and reuse events to maximise revenue and minimise waste
Contribute to social media channels and work with communications team for promotion
Manage reuse events, including cash handling and volunteer coordination
Identify growth opportunities and maintain data records (tonnages, charities)
Build relationships with charities and internal stakeholders while minimising costs
What we’re looking for;
Physical fitness and driving skills preferred.
Experience in managing people and volunteers
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritise tasks and provide innovative solutions
Tech-savvy, adaptable, and proactive with a fast learning aptitude
