Role: Early Years Trainer
Experience Required: No prior teaching/training experience is needed, our client will provide you with all the tools and support needed to become a qualified trainer. You do need to have your own level 3 qualification in Early Years
What you could be doing now: You may be working as a Nursery Manager, or Deputy Manager
Location: home based with travel around Kent & Essex to visit learners (candidates must drive and have their own vehicle)
Salary: Starting salary of £27,000
The Role

As an Early Years Trainer, you’ll have the flexibility to work from home while traveling regionally to support and train apprentices in early years settings. Enjoy a Monday-to-Friday schedule, manage your own calendar, and choose when to meet apprentices face-to-face.
What You’ll Do:
• Inspire and Teach: Use your expertise to deliver training to apprentices both in-person at their early years settings and through virtual sessions.
• Develop Future Talent: Connect with new apprentices, assess their goals and learning needs, and support their growth.
• Functional Skills: Provide guidance on the importance of English and maths in the context of their role.
• Employer Collaboration: Cultivate strong relationships with employers, offering feedback on apprentice progress.
• Plan and Organise: Manage your own schedule from home, utilizing Google Suite and internal systems to ensure smooth administration.
About You
We’re seeking passionate Early Years professionals who are eager to share their expertise and make a difference in the sector. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
• Experience at Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager level.
• A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent).
• Comfort with technology for both virtual training and administrative tasks.
• Willingness to work towards Level 2 (GCSE) English and maths, with support available.
• A valid driving license and access to a vehicle for regional travel.
