We are recruiting for a handyperson to cover PPM and reactive maintenance on a prestigious facility in Leeds City Centre. The maintenance handyperson will be responsible for general repairs, compliance checks, basic fabric maintenance and caretaking duties. The role is a temporary ongoing position (there may be scope for a permanent post). Monday to Friday, basic hours 35 - 37.5 hours per week. Working days. £15.50/hr PAYE basic hours.
