Salary: NJC 3- 5 point, £24,027 – £24,790 (actual), where appropriate £10,259. – £10,585 (pro rata salary) + well-being cash plan + pension scheme (LGPS) + additional Lift Schools benefits

We’re looking for a dedicated learning support assistant to join our supportive team at Plumberow Primary Academy.
As a learning support assistant you will:
- Be responsible for establishing positive relationships with the pupils supported
- Be implementing planned learning objectives/teaching programmes as agreed with the class teacher
- Have the ability to adjust activities according to the pupils’ response
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively with others.
- Commitment to promoting inclusion and diversity within the classroom
