About the role: We are looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join a vibrant primary school in Hendon. This full-time, long-term position provides a unique opportunity to support children at the start of their educational journey, helping them develop essential skills, confidence, and a lifelong love for learning. As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in creating a positive and engaging environment where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to explore.

Application Requirements:
• A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar Early Years or Nursery setting.
• A strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• An enthusiastic, positive attitude, with a passion for child development and early education.
Key Responsibilities:
• Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities based on the EYFS framework.
• Observing and recording children’s progress, and reporting this to parents and staff.
• Supporting children’s personal, social, and emotional development, and promoting positive behaviour.
• Creating a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment.
• Working collaboratively with teachers and other practitioners to support the best possible outcomes for each child.
