Hours: 8:30am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)
Pay: £84+ per day

Are you an experienced Learning and Care Support Assistant with Mitrofanoff training? This is an exciting opportunity to join a specialised SEND provision supporting Key Stage 2 to Further Education (KS2-FE) students with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD) and very challenging behaviour.
Your Role:
• Provide dedicated care and support to students with complex medical and educational needs.
• Deliver personal care, including managing Mitrofanoff procedures, confidently and sensitively.
• Work closely with teaching and support staff to create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
• Support students with behavioural challenges, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
Requirements:
• Mitrofanoff training and qualifications are essential.
• A minimum of 2 years of UK SEN experience.
• A child and adult DBS certificate registered on the update service.
• Proven ability to provide personal care within an educational setting.
• A compassionate, professional, and resilient approach to working with students with PMLD
