With a competitive daily rate of £90, this role provides an excellent opportunity for a Nursery Nurse or Early Years professional with Qualified Teacher Status. Application Requirements:

• Experience working with early years or primary-aged children, particularly in Reception.
• A strong understanding of phonics and early literacy development.
• Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, under the guidance of the class teacher.
• A patient, proactive, and empathetic approach to working with young children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons to a class of 30 Reception-aged students.
• Provide targeted support to students with varying needs, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
• Collaborate with another TA, who will be working with a child with SEN.
• Support the development of children’s phonics skills, ensuring they meet early learning milestones.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
