Position: SEN/SEMH Teaching Assistant
Location: Ware
Salary: £460-£500 per week
Contract: Long-term, full-time (8:30 AM – 3:30 PM)

As a SEN/SEMH Teaching Assistant in Ware, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting students with complex social, emotional, and mental health needs, such as ADHD, Autism, and communication challenges.
What We’re Looking For:
Relevant Experience: Background working with SEN or mental health needs is highly desirable.
Passion for Mental Health: Strong interest in supporting students with SEMH needs.
Understanding of SEN: Knowledge or experience in SEN settings, focusing on unique learning and behavioral needs.
Local Candidate: Ideally, you’re within commuting distance of Ware.SEN/SEMH Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:
Support students with a variety of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, and communication challenges.
Collaborate with the clinical team to implement targeted interventions.
Assist in developing individualized learning strategies and support plans.
