Your new role
Greet visitors, issue ID badges, and direct them as per security protocols.Handle administrative calls, transfer them appropriately, and direct emergency calls to the Fire Control Centre.Distribute incoming correspondence and prepare outgoing communications.Maintain a safe and clean reception area.Perform various administrative tasks relevant to the role.Update and maintain information in Service systems and use MS applications for communication.Execute specific duties during building evacuations.Ensure tasks reflect the Service’s Equality and Diversity policies.Comply with Data Protection and Information Security legislation.Adhere to Health and Safety policies.Undertake additional duties as directed by the Chief Fire and Rescue Officer.
