The Role – Behaviour Mentor

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will support students who require extra guidance with their social, emotional, and behavioural development. Working closely with teachers and SENCOs, you will implement tailored strategies to promote positive behaviour and learning engagement. Patience, resilience, and excellent communication skills are essential. Experience in a similar role or working with children with SEN (Special education Needs) needs is highly desirable.
