We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations and drive our mission forward. Role: Operations Coordinator
Salary: £28,000 – £29,000
Location: Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield
Monday to Friday, full-time (Permanent)
As the Operations Coordinator, you will:
- Onboard and integrate new employees seamlessly into our team.
- Lead and manage all operational aspects in the absence of the Managing Director.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain training records, organising employee training as needed.
- Track performance and productivity through KPIs and timesheets.
- Implement and improve processes to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Analyse and summarise monthly reports to provide actionable insights.
- Motivate and inspire employees to maintain high standards of quality control and customer service.
- Engage in both tactical and strategic activities to support business growth.
- Perform additional duties as required to support business needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and delegate responsibilities.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in process improvement and service delivery optimisation.
- Commitment to the welfare and wellbeing of team members.
- Flexibility to perform ADHOC duties as required.
