Your new role
In your new role as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant in a Secondary School in Stockton-on-Tees, you will support teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management, provide individual and group assistance to students needing extra help, and monitor student progress. You’ll also help manage classroom behaviour and assist with extracurricular activities, ensuring a positive and engaging learning environment. Your excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents will be essential in fostering a supportive and effective educational experience.
What you’ll need to succeed
