Oliver Smith Recruitment have teamed up with one of our key clients based in the Glasgow City Centre who are looking to recruit for a Finance Administrator to support the finance team.
Bank reconciliations experience is essential for this position.
Duties
· Set up, monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
· Conduct credit checks on new and existing clients to assess risk.
· Liaise directly with customers regarding outstanding invoices, resolving any queries or disputes efficiently.
· Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions related to credit control.
· Issue any late payment correspondence required and liaise with any external collection agencies.
· Implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce overdue debts.
· Raising and sending customer invoices
· Management of sales commissions
· Posting and reconciliation for accounts payable
