Job Advert: SEND Teaching Assistant
Location: Vibrant Primary School, Islington
Start Date: January 2025
Pay Rates: £90-£110 per day (depending on experience)
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Sanza Teaching Agency is thrilled to partner with a supportive and dynamic primary school in the heart of Islington to recruit a SEND Teaching Assistant for a long-term role starting in January 2025.
Role Overview:
This rewarding position involves working across two age groups:
Morning (EYFS):
Supporting two pupils with speech and language difficulties.
One of the students also has SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs.Afternoon (Year 5):
Assisting a pupil with Autism and speech and language needs.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Proven track record of supporting SEND pupils in a classroom setting.
Skills: Strong behaviour management and the ability to adapt to pupils’ individual needs.
Commitment: A passionate and dedicated individual eager to make a positive impact in a vibrant school community.
