TeacherActive is thrilled to be working with a private day nursery located in York (YO30). The nursery boasts a rich and inspirational programme of learning for the children within their care, taking into account the children’s individual needs and interests. The current staff team are passionate about what they do, working closely with the parents of the children to ensure that every child settles in well to the nursery routine, and are supported with any needs they may have.
The nursery are currently searching for a qualified Early Years Practitioner to join their growing team. The position is full-time, with the possibility of turning into a senior position for the suitable applicant. The ideal Early Years Practitioner must hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education / Childcare or above, and must have previous experience working within an Early Years setting. The successful applicant will be passionate about working with young children and having a positive impact on their learning and development.
The successful Early Years Practitioner will:
Have an excellent understanding of the EYFS & current Safeguarding policies and procedures
Have previous experience working within an Early Years setting
Be passionate, reliable and hardworking
