We are currently working with a brilliant Professional Services client who are looking for an HR Administrator on a 4 month fixed term contract basis. Candidate must be available to start on short notice.

Previous Administration experience is essential, HR Administration is preferred

Duties include:

All recruitment administration including preparing job adverts, managing the recruitment inbox and arranging interviews, preparing interview packs

Preparing new starters with necessary documentation and pre employment checks

Dealing with training administration

Collating sickness records

Responding to HR queries and requests from line managers

Assisting with preparation of salary reviews and bonuses

Updating HR system

Preparing information for payroll and processing invoices

Key Skills:

Previous experience within HR Administration/ admin role

Degree educated/equivalent

£27k salary
