Options Resourcing are working with a renowned formal footwear manufacturing company based in Northampton who are looking to recruit a driven, ready to learn and aspiring Field Sales Representative.
The ideal candidate will be someone with experience in sales, who is willing to learn, well presented, professional and confident, preferably coming from a customer facing sales position.

Salary £26,000 + comms – OTE £36,000 per annum

Responsibilities:
Contacting new and potential customers in order to promote and sell products.
Cultivating and sustaining strong relationships with both current and potential customers
Conducting visits to both existing and potential clients – 4 days field based, 1 day office based
Driving consistent growth in the customer base
Focusing on business development and strategic planning for future needs
Adhering to the budget set by the Sales Manager
Acting as the primary contact for customer concerns
Negotiating to secure optimal pricing for both the company and the client
Managing personal expenses, travel, and budget independently
Demonstrating self-motivation and accountability
Ensuring high-quality customer relations by being responsive to inquiries
Maintaining regular communication with the Sales Manager
Assisting the Sales Manager in brand promotion, including participation in UK and international exhibitions
Planning and reporting on weekly travel
Representing the company at exhibitions
Person Specification:
Previous experience in Sales – preferably field or in person
Confident with the ability to negotiate and close sales
Willingness to Learn
Excellent Telephone/in-person Manner
Professional, organised with meticulous attention to detail
