What you’ll need to succeed
As a Site Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and administrative functions. You will be responsible for managing site activities, coordinating with different departments, and providing administrative support to ensure our site runs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site operations and ensure all processes are running smoothly
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure timely completion of projects
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Handle site-related enquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Implement and monitor site safety protocols
- Assist in the development and implementation of site policies and procedures
- Provide support for site meetings and events
What you’ll get in return This is a temporary role to start ASAP, with an anticipated duration of 2–3 months. Hours of work are 8am to 5pm, three days per week, ideally Monday, Tuesdays and Thursdays, but there can be flexibility on days worked. The hourly rate for the role is £14.00 per hour. Please note, the successful candidate will be required to undertake a basic DBS check.
