Position: Teaching Assistant (KS1 & KS2)

About the Role:
We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support pupils in KS1 and KS2, with a particular focus on children with SEN. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide tailored support that helps students achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 and small group support for children with SEN, adapting your approach to meet individual needs.
Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
Support the preparation of resources and activities to enhance learning.
Collaborate with colleagues to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Help maintain a positive, safe, and supportive learning environment.What We’re Looking For:
Experience working with children in a primary school setting, particularly with SEN pupils.
A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to working with children.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
